Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida qurilish tarmogʻida amalga oshirilayotgan institutsional islohotlar, ularning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy samaradorligi hamda rivojlanish tendensiyalari kompleks tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida 2020-2025-yillar davomida qurilish sohasida qabul qilingan davlat dasturlari, Prezident farmon va qarorlari, shuningdek, raqamli boshqaruv, “yashil qurilish” va innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish jarayonlari oʻrganilgan.

Аннотация
В статье проведён комплексный анализ институциональных реформ, реализуемых в строительной отрасли Республики Узбекистан, а также их социально-экономической эффективности и тенденций развития. В рамках исследования рассмотрены государственные программы и нормативно-правовые акты, принятые в 2020–2025 годах, процессы цифровизации управления, внедрения инновационных и «зелёных» технологий в строительстве.

Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of institutional reforms implemented in the construction sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan, their socio-economic effectiveness, and development trends. The study examines state programs and regulatory acts adopted during 2020–2025, as well as the processes of digital governance, implementation of innovative and green construction technologies.
