Annotatsiya
Respublikamizda olib borilayotgan islohotlar turli sohalarning turli darajada taʼsir koʻrsatishda amalga oshirilib kelinmoqda. Oʻz navbatida ushbu islohotlar nafaqat iqtisodiy sohada shuningdek ijtimoiy sohada ham amalga oshirilib borilmoqda, ushbu ijtimoiy islohotlar esa taʼlimdan boshlanib bormoqda.
Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida faoliyat yuritayotgan barcha davlat hamda nodavlat Oliy taʼlim muassasa(OTM)larining faoliyatining tahliliga qaratilgan boʻlib, ushbu tahlilning amalga oshirishdan asosiy maqsad hozirgi kundagi olib borilayotgan islohotlarning qay darajada mavjud muammoni yechimi sifatida yondashilayotganini koʻrsatishga qaratilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu maqolada respublika umumiy oʻrta taʼlim muassasalari soni hamda ularda taʼlim olayotgan oʻquvchilar soni keltirilgan boʻlib, ushbu koʻrsatkichlarni maqolada keltirishdan maqsad OTM qamrov darajasiga nechogʻli mos kelayotganini ochib berishga qaratilgan.

Аннотация
Реформы, которые проводятся в нашей республике, проводятся с разным уровнем влияния в разных сферах. В свою очередь, эти реформы реализуются не только в экономической сфере, но и в социальной сфере, и эти социальные реформы начинаются с образования.
В данной статье основное внимание уделяется анализу деятельности всех государственных и негосударственных высших учебных заведений (ВУЗов), действующих в Республике Узбекистан, и основная цель данного анализа – показать, насколько текущие реформы рассматриваются как решение существующей проблемы. Также в данной статье указано количество общеобразовательных учреждений республики и количество обучающихся в них студентов.

Abstract
The reforms that are being carried out in our republic are being carried out with different levels of influence in different sectors. In turn, these reforms are being carried out not only in the economic sphere, but also in the social sphere, and these social reforms are starting from education.
This article focuses on the analysis of the activities of all state and non-state Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan.The main goal of this analysis is to show how the current reforms are being approached as a solution to the existing problem. Also, this article lists the number of general secondary educational institutions of the republic and the number of students studying in them. The purpose of presenting these indicators in the article is to reveal how well the HEIs correspond to the level of coverage.
