Annotatsiya
Maqolada xalqaro raqobatbardoshlikni baholash masalalari, ularning
metodologik asoslari hamda xalqaro indekslar tizimi tahlil qilingan. Jahon iqtisodiy
forumi tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan Global raqobatbardoshlik indeksi (GRI), Xalqaro
menejmentni rivojlantirish instituti (IMD)ning Jahon raqobatbardoshligi yilnomasi
hamda BMTning Sanoatni rivojlantirish tashkiloti (UNIDO) ishlab chiqqan
raqobatbardosh sanoat samaradorligi indeksi (CIP) mazmunan qiyosiy oʻrganilgan.
Ushbu indekslar orqali mamlakat raqobatbardoshligini makroiqtisodiy barqarorlik,
infratuzilma, taʼlim, texnologiya va sanoat samaradorligi kabi koʻrsatkichlar asosida
baholash imkoniyatlari ochib berilgan. Shu bilan birga, milliy iqtisodiyot
raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda ushbu metodologik yondashuvlardan foydalanishning
ahamiyati asoslab berilgan.

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются вопросы оценки международной
конкурентоспособности и их методологические основы. Проведен
сравнительный анализ основных международных индексов — Глобального
индекса конкурентоспособности (GCI), разработанного Всемирным
экономическим форумом, Всемирного ежегодника конкурентоспособности
(IMD) и Индекса конкурентоспособности промышленного производства (CIP),
подготовленного ЮНИДО. Показано, что данные индексы позволяют оценивать
конкурентоспособность стран на основе макроэкономической стабильности,
инфраструктуры, уровня образования, технологического развития и
эффективности промышленности. Особое внимание уделено значению
использования этих методологических подходов для повышения национальной
конкурентоспособности.

Abstract
The article examines the issues of assessing international competitiveness and its
methodological foundations. A comparative analysis of major international indices is
conducted, including the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) developed by the World
Economic Forum, the World Competitiveness Yearbook (IMD), and the Competitive
Industrial Performance Index (CIP) introduced by UNIDO. These indices highlight the
key drivers of competitiveness such as macroeconomic stability, infrastructure, education, technological advancement, and industrial performance. The study
emphasizes the importance of applying these methodological approaches in enhancing
national competitiveness and aligning with global economic development trends.
