Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqola Navoiy viloyatida “yashil belbog‘”lar barpo etish jarayonida

yuzaga kelayotgan infratuzilma bilan ta’minlashga oid mintaqaviy muammolar va

ularning samarali yechimlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada so‘nggi yillarda

O‘zbekiston Respublikasi miqyosida ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash, cho‘llanish

jarayonlarini kamaytirish va aholi yashash sharoitlarini yaxshilash maqsadida amalga

oshirilayotgan “Yashil makon” umumxalq harakati doirasida bajarilayotgan ishlar

tahlil qilinadi. Navoiy viloyatining iqlimiy sharoiti, tabiiy resurslari hamda suv

ta’minoti imkoniyatlaridan kelib chiqib, “yashil belbog‘”lar tashkil etishning o‘ziga

xos jihatlari yoritilgan. Maqolada ekologik, iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy omillar o‘zaro bog‘liq

holda ko‘rib chiqilib, “yashil belbog‘”larni barpo etish nafaqat atrof-muhitni muhofaza

qilish, balki hududning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi

ta’kidlanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari Navoiy viloyati misolida mintaqaviy ekologik

siyosatni takomillashtirish, barqaror infratuzilma yaratish va yashil iqtisodiyot

tamoyillarini amalga oshirishda muhim amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.

Аннотация

Аннотация: данная статья посвящена анализу региональных проблем

обеспечения инфраструктурой, возникающих в процессе строительства

“зеленого пояса” в Навоийской области, и их эффективным решениям. В статье

анализируется работа в рамках общенародного движения “зеленое

пространство”, проводимая в последние годы в целях обеспечения

экологической стабильности, сокращения процессов опустынивания и

улучшения условий жизни населения в масштабах Республики Узбекистан.

Исходя из климатических условий, природных ресурсов и возможностей

водоснабжения Навоийской области, раскрыты особенности организации

“зеленого пояса”. В статье анализируются взаимосвязанные экологические,

экономические и социальные факторы, подчеркивается, что создание “зеленого

пояса”положительно влияет не только на охрану окружающей среды, но и на

социально-экономическое развитие территории. Результаты исследования

имеют важное практическое значение для совершенствования региональной экологической политики, создания устойчивой инфраструктуры и реализации

принципов зеленой экономики на примере Навоийской области.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of regional problems of providing

infrastructure and their effective solutions arising in the process of building “green

belts”in Navoi region. The article analyzes the work within the framework of the green

space nationwide movement, which has been carried out in recent years in order to

ensure environmental sustainability on the scale of the Republic of Uzbekistan, reduce

desertification processes and improve living conditions. Based on the climatic

conditions, natural resources and water supply opportunities of Navoi region, the

specifics of the organization of “green belts” are revealed. The article analyzes the

environmental, economic and social factors in relation to each other, noting that the

establishment of “green belts” has a positive effect not only on the protection of the

environment, but also on the socio-economic development of the territory. The results

of the study are of significant practical importance in improving regional

environmental policy, creating sustainable infrastructure and implementing the

principles of green economy on the example of Navoi region.
