Annotatsiya

Maqolada umumiy ovqatlanish xizmatlarining asosiy faoliyat koʻrsatkichlari

tizimini baholashning asosiy elementlari umumlashtirilgan hamda uni baholashning

roli oʻrganilgan. Savdo va milliy iqtisodiyotni barqaror rivojlantirish platformasini

shakllantirishda umumiy ovqatlanish xizmatlarini rivojlantirishga eʼtibor qaratilgan.

Umumiy ovqatlanish korxonasi oʻz xususiyatlariga koʻra murakkab ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy

tizimlarga mansub ekanligi asoslab berilgan va sohani rivojlantirish boʻyicha takliflar

ishlab chiqilgan.

Аннотация

В статье обобщены основные элементы системы оценки ключевых

показателей деятельности предприятий общественного питания и изучена роль

этой оценки. Особое внимание уделено развитию сферы общественного питания

как платформы для устойчивого развития торговли и национальной экономики.

Обосновано, что предприятия общественного питания по своим

характеристикам относятся к сложным социально-экономическим системам, а

также разработаны предложения по дальнейшему развитию отрасли.

Abstract

The article summarizes the main elements of the evaluation system for key

performance indicators of food service enterprises and examines the role of such

assessment. Special attention is given to the development of food service as a platform

for the sustainable growth of trade and the national economy. It is substantiated that

food service enterprises, due to their characteristics, belong to complex socio-economic

systems, and proposals for the development of the sector have been formulated.
