Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada Oʻzbekistonda uy-joy qurilishi va uy-joy fondining joriy holati

hamda uy-joy qurilishining rivojlanish tendensiyalari tahlil qilingan. Qurilish hajmlari

va uy-joy fondining kengayishi asosiy koʻrsatkichlar sifatida koʻrib chiqilgan. Davlat

tomonidan ipoteka dasturlari hamda xususiy sektorni qoʻllab-quvvatlash choralari

alohida taʼkidlangan. Shuningdek, uy-joy narxlarining oshishi, qurilish materiallari

yetishmovchiligi va texnologik rivojlanishning sekinlashuvi kabi muammolar

koʻrsatilgan. Maqolada sohaning rivojlanishi uchun tegishli tavsiyalar berilgan.

Аннотация

В данной статье проанализировано текущее состояние жилищного

строительства и жилищного фонда в Узбекистане, а также тенденции развития

сектора жилищного строительства. Объемы строительства и расширение

жилищного фонда рассматриваются в качестве основных показателей. Особое

внимание уделяется государственным ипотечным программам и мерам

поддержки частного сектора. Также в статье выделены проблемы, такие как рост

цен на жильё, нехватка строительных материалов и замедление

технологического развития. Даны рекомендации для стимулирования развития

отрасли.

Ключевые слова: жилищное строительство, жилищный фонд, тенденции

Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of housing construction and the housing

stock in Uzbekistan, as well as the development trends of the housing sector.

Construction volumes and the expansion of the housing stock are considered as key

indicators. Special attention is given to state-supported mortgage programs and

measures to support the private sector. The article also highlights problems such as

rising housing prices, shortages of construction materials, and slow technological

development. Recommendations are provided to promote the development of the

sector.
